Description
Botanical Name: Monstera deliciosa
The Swiss Cheese Plant gets its common name from its large, heart-shaped leaves that develop holes as the plant ages (in a process called fenestration). This plant has a fast growth rate and a vining habit, but will remain at a manageable size when grown indoors.
Approximately 12" in height
Care Tips:
- Prefers bright diffused sunlight, do not expose to direct sun
- Keep soil moist; water thoroughly when soil is dry to touch, draining excess water
- Place in a warm location, avoiding excessive hot and cold areas
