Our delivery service runs 9am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday, and 9am to 2pm on Saturday.
To help ensure efficient delivery and best product availability, please place your order at least 1 day prior to your requested delivery date, and preferably at least 1 week prior to the following major holidays: Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Eve.
We are closed on the following US holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Orders placed on weekdays before 12 noon (EST/EDT) are eligible for same-day delivery within our delivery area. Please order by 11am (EST/EDT) for same-day service on Saturday. Same-day deliveries taken after these times may involve an additional fee.
We do our best to accommodate requests for a specific delivery time frame. We give time priority to funeral services. We aim to deliver to schools before 3pm and to businesses before 4pm. Requests for delivery windows of 3 hours or fewer will be charged at our Time-Priority Delivery rate. Please provide the work hours of the recipient when sending a gift to a business.
Orders going to funeral homes are typically delivered at least 1 hour prior to the visitation or service. If you have selected a delivery date that is before the visitation or service date, we will arrange the delivery time per the funeral home's instructions.
We do our best to deliver gifts to schools by 3pm. Oftentimes for security purposes, we are required to deliver to the school office, and it is up to the administrators' discretion as to when to deliver the gift to the intended recipient.
We do our best to deliver gifts to businesses before 4pm. We are required to leave the item at a reception desk or security office, and it is up to the administrators' discretion as to when to deliver the gift to the intended recipient.
For security and privacy purposes, we are required to leave deliveries at a reception desk or security office, and it is up to the administrators' discretion as to when the gift gets delivered to the intended recipient.
We are unable to deliver flowers to P.O. Box or A.P.O. addresses.
We can deliver to cemetery offices during staffed hours. We do not deliver to grave plots unless a living individual will be present to receive the gift upon delivery.
If no one is home
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our driver will leave a message for the recipient to call our shop to arrange for redelivery or in-store pick-up. Weather permitting, our driver may leave the gift in a sheltered area, such as a porch, for the recipient to retrieve when they return. Alternately, the driver may choose to leave the gift with a neighbor who can then deliver it to the recipient once s/he is home.
Recipient may be contacted
In some cases, we may contact the recipient to ensure that he or she will be at the address provided to accept the delivery.
Request to leave item at door
The customer assumes all liability for special requests to leave arrangements on doorsteps, porches, garages, etc.
Recipient refusal of delivery
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held liable for the full cost of the gift.
Canceling or Changing an Order
In the event that you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call immediately and one of our sales staff will gladly assist you. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once your order has been fulfilled.
We offer a customized typewritten message to accompany your gift. Please note that we do not accept card messages containing profanity or other content we deem inappropriate.
