To help ensure on-time delivery, please place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
We are closed on these holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Fathers Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, so we can spend them with our Families. We appreciate your understanding!
Orders placed before 1:00 pm (EST/EDT) are eligible for same-day delivery within our delivery range to Grand Rapids and surrounding areas. For same-day service on the weekend, please order by 11:00 am on Saturday. We always recommend calling for more information and availability.
We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, and orders requested with a window of 3 hours or fewer may have an additional fee added. You may request a time frame in the Special Instructions box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it.
Funeral by times are our priority and will always try to be reached but if you are ordering within 4 hours we recommend calling the store to confirm before ordering.
Orders going to Businesses require the times the intended will be at work that day. We realize most people like deliveries in the morning, but it is not always possible unless you order a day or more in advace. Call the store for details.
After work deliveries are often requested, but we try to have most of our deliveries done by 4pm on most days, some will run later but we are not always able to deliver after 4pm or after 5pm. Exception would be at busy holidays when we are sometimes delivering til 8pm. Please call to discuss with our sales team.
Normal delivery times are 8am-4pm daily. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas, we offer extended hours and delivery times, call to verify.
These orders are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family. If you do not know the zip code or exact address of the funeral home we will look it up for you. If you have selected a delivery date that is before the actual viewing we will deliver to the viewing per the funeral home instructions.
Banners (Script) Funeral Arrangements
Due to the time-sensitivity of delivering funeral orders, if a banner / script is not available, we will fill your order to value, substituting the banner with more flowers for an even fuller arrangement.
Not all schools accept deliveries for students. Most will accept teacher's gifts, but all will be delivered to the office and it is up to the discretion of the school when the recipient will receive the product. Most schools will not deliver them or inform the intended until after school. For gifts to smaller children, consider sending something to the student at their residence. Orders to all schools should be placed by 10am on the date of delivery because they usually must be received by 2pm.
We are unable to deliver flowers to P.O. Box or A.P.O. addresses.
If no one is home
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor or a sheltered area, or they may leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.
Recipient may be contacted
In some cases, we may contact the recipient to ensure that s/he will be at the address provided to accept the delivery.
Request to leave item at door
The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements on doorsteps, porches, garages, etc. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves.
Recipient refusal of delivery
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.
We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
Canceling or Changing an Order
Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist-delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered. Email changes or cancellations are NOT accepted. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call immediately.
We offer customized typewritten messages to accompany your gift. Please note that we do not accept card messages containing profanity or other inappropriate content.
