This red form of Capitata is rare in cultivation. Larger plants hold a beautiful red color year round, and blush bright coral-orange when blooming. Currently these plants are NOT bright red, but have a subtle blush color, as shown. A stable silver-toned metal stand is the perfect base to showcase this beautiful air plant. This metal stand can also be a tealight candle holder if you choose to flip it over!
Care: Air plants prefer bright, indirect light, good air circulation, and need a bath every week or two: simply submerge your air plant in tap water for a couple hours, then turn it upside-down on a towel to dry before returning it to its' stand. Tiny hair-like structures on the leaves help this plant absorb nutrients and moisture through the air!
