Botanical Name: Tillandsia
This Airplant, Xerographica, is known as the King of Airplants! Tiny hair-like structures on the leaves are what allow this plant to absorb nutrients and moisture through the air, taking dirt out of the equation. This whimsical plant is a great addition to any home!
Care Tips:
- Watering: Air Plants require very little water. The two options are spritsing with a mister every couple of days, or soaking for about an hour in a 1/4 inch of water once a week.
- Light: Direct sun can burn the leaves, so filtered or bright indirect light are best for these tropical plants!
