We worked with Jenn from Ball Park Floral for our wedding, and this was one of the best decisions we made!! Jenn and the rest of the staff are responsive, attentive, and extremely hard working. Jenn worked around our floral budget and still delivered a breath taking wedding. We would never have received service like we did with Ball Park anywhere else. I cannot recommend their services enough!! I gave Jenn a lot of creative freedom for our wedding, and her vision was spot on. Absolutely incredible. I ordered an arrangement for my brother's funeral/memorial and worked with Katie over the phone. The arrangement description said to give it 48 hrs and I didn't think I'd have that much time as the service was going to take place shortly after the weekend. Katie was fantastic and so helpful and assured me that it would be ready and delivered on time. She even suggested some extra small embellishments to personalize the arrangement. It turns out the service was delayed by a week, I gave her a call as soon as I found out and she came through for me again! I'd order from Ball Park Floral again and again. Thank you Ball Park.

I received a magnificent arrangement for my birthday on 3/25. It was perfection and today 4/4 it is still very nice. I have removed a couple of flowers but would never expect it to look this great 11 days later. Thank you.

I am in charge of ordering flowers for my church, so I order on a somewhat regular basis from Ball Park Floral. They are the absolute BEST to work with. The arrangements are beautiful and the customer service is excellent. They will continue to be my go-to...thanks for making my job easy, Ball Park Staff!

*** UPDATED *** My initial review was 1 star with the notes below. Subsequently, I received a phone call from the delivery manager who really went above and beyond to reach a resolution. I have to say that I rarely experience customer service like this in our modern age and felt it appropriate to add these notes and revise the review from 1 to 4 stars. Nice job, Ball Park Floral!!! I am thoroughly satisfied!!! The original review is below... I purchased flowers to be delivered ($11 delivery fee and all) to my mother on her 75th birthday only to have her have to go to your store to PICK UP her own birthday flowers?!? So disappointing. Unfortunately, she was not home on the first delivery attempt (I was trying to surprise her on her birthday as I live 600 miles away). But to call her and give her the choice between coming to pick her own birthday flowers up vs. having them delivered on a different day seems to be a very lazy approach at best. Thoroughly disappointed.

Absolutely lovely blooms! I received a wonderful bouquet of my favorite, peonies and hydrangeas. The cherry on top was the amazing delivery experience I had with Renz; he was so accommodating and had my bouquet carefully delivered right to my hands! I will definitely be a return customer, and I highly recommend their service and gorgeous flowers. :-)

The employees there are so helpful & warm that they seem like family right away. The gifts and delicacies there are so unique & the merchandise is switched out for each season. It's so fun to see what they will have next. I love the selection of foliage & flowers too! Gotta stop in!

If I could give this business 10 stars I would! My family and I stopped in just after my grandpa’s passing to inquire on floral arrangements for his home going celebration, we were greeted and helped by Katie & Sue. Both ladies were kind, helpful and expressed their condolences to our family. The flower arrangement turned out amazing and exceeded our expectations! As a family, we are beyond grateful for the kindness & carefulness of the staff during our time of mourning. Thank you Ball Park for the beautifully crafted flowers, and for making the experience seamless and memorable.
