If you are searching for a florist for your wedding or any special occasion, look no further than Ball Park Floral! the flowers are simply breathtaking! I worked with Kim, she possess a true gift! My centerpieces were absolute showstoppers, exceeding even the most beautiful images I had saved on Pinterest. They were what I envisioned for our wedding day. My wedding bouquet was nothing short of stunning. I truly appreciate their ability to bring my vision to life; I sent over numerous inspiration photos, not all my inspiration photos went together but they expertly blended everything together making my vision cohesive. I can’t speak highly enough of Kim, she made my bouquet and it’s was so stunning I that I immediately scrambled to find a way to preserve it – it would have been a shame to let that bouquet fade. It was everything I dreamed of and more. Every single person I interacted with at Ball Park Floral was a delight. I worked primarily with Kim, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Jennifer and Ball Park floral DELIVERED. Pictures speak for themselves!! Jennifer made the planning process so easy and was extremely involved and helpful as we brainstormed what we wanted. She was extremely intentional in the delivery/setup/moving around of our arrangements throughout the day. Can’t say enough good things!

I am very saddened to be writing a poor review on this shop. My customer service experience and delivery experience was perfect. The funeral urn wrap was delivered on time to a funeral home on the edge of their delivery area. However I am disappointed in the color scheme and state of the flowers. When I spoke with the customer service rep at the store I had asked her not to put any pink in the design. We had even agreed on other colors such as white. I’m not sure if you can tell by the photos but the tall flowers in the back were very wilted. All of the other flowers were nice and fresh so that was no problem. I understand flowers are a fickle thing but the combination of the color scheme and the state of the tall flowers disappointed me

Thank you so much! I don't live in Grand Rapids and I relied upon your best judgement in choosing an arrangement for my Godmother/Aunt for her 87th birthday. She phoned me and was thrilled, she set the arrangement was huge and absolutely stunning. My cousins followed up with their own expressions of appreciation and they too were amazed at how wonderful the gift is. To add to this my aunt shared a story that my uncle bought roses for her for Valentine's day and when asked if he had ever been there before he said "yes, sixty six years ago for their wedding flowers". How great is that? Thank you so very much, I am looking forward to doing business with you all again!

My dad sends Valentine's Day flowers to me every year from Ball Park Floral. I always get them a day early, so this bouquet is a little over a week old and it still looks amazing! Also, the delivery person was very kind. Highly recommend.

Great customer service and beautiful arrangement. I called in the afternoon to order a same day delivery arrangement for a grieving friend, living in downtown GR, who had to say goodbye to her fur baby. They were so accommodating and helpful, and I will definitely be ordering from them in the future, whenever I need flowers/an arrangement in the Grand Rapids area.

We recently got flowers from this shop for one of our clients who was ill, and we wanted to brighten her day. This was our first time working with a floral shop, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Olivia helped us design a beautiful arrangement and even suggested thoughtful message ideas to include. She was incredibly professional, and the shop clearly knows what they’re doing. Absolutely amazing! I called to have an arrangement sent to my mom same day after a different company messed up my order terribly. Ball Park Floral totally saved the day! Not only did they make a same day delivery on short notice possible, but were able to customize the arrangement to be Detroit lions themed for my mom! Adding in some blue and white flowers is one thing, but adding ribbons in honolulu blue with the Detroit lions logo was an unexpected and greatly appreciated touch. Costumer service was great from placing the order to receiving the order. My mom even commented on how great the man who delivered the flowers was. I cannot thank Ball Park Floral & Gifts enough!
