Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country and time of year. Weather, shipping and season all play into this factor.

Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all-rose bouquet, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another color. If major substitutions are needed, we will contact you for your approval, so please provide a best contact number for us.

Fresh Flowers

Florist, Flower shop We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements, the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, we will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and vice versa.

Non-Perishable Gift Items

If you are not satisfied with a non-perishable gift item for any reason, you may return it to our shop for an exchange of equal value or a refund within 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt.


None of our local hospitals permit latex balloons; however, mylar balloons can be sent with no problems. The Children's Hospital does not allow live flowers or plants to be delivered to a patient. Instead, some great options that you can send include balloons, stuffed toys, silk flowers, goodie baskets and more.


For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible to the advertised arrangement.

Gift Baskets

Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of equal or greater value, if necessary, to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.

Substitutions for Special Occasions

Due to the importance of delivering orders for occasions that take place on specific days, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided, we will substitute to the closest flowers/color that are available.
