Absolutely amazing! I called to have an arrangement sent to my mom same day after a different company messed up my order terribly. Ball Park Floral totally saved the day! Not only did they make a same day delivery on short notice possible, but were able to customize the arrangement to be Detroit lions themed for my mom! Adding in some blue and white flowers is one thing, but adding ribbons in honolulu blue with the Detroit lions logo was an unexpected and greatly appreciated touch. Costumer service was great from placing the order to receiving the order. My mom even commented on how great the man who delivered the flowers was. I cannot thank Ball Park Floral & Gifts enough!

This is the best place to order flowers from! They also have a really nice gift shop with unique items, many from local artists too! Every time I've ordered or received flowers from here they are GORGEOUS! The flowers are high quality, thoughtfully arranged and last a long time too. I live in Florida and ordering from a florist with no previous knowledge was scary. I needed something custom made for a friend who was getting married the following day. I was greeted over the phone with such kindness and patience. Kim made me feel like a valued customer and took such detailed notes of my needs, including my request to send pictures of my friend that was getting married, the decor and her house, the bouquet she would be carrying, etc. All of this was just to give the Florist an idea of how I perceived my friend would like this floral arrangement in her house. I could not believe that I was getting a custom-made arrangement at the last minute. I even asked them to send me a picture via text when it was done. This Florist went above, and beyond anything I ever expected. The arrangement was just as I had asked. Incredibly creative and artistic. It was a masterpiece and one of a kind. They made sure that they had it delivered right on time. I would highly recommend this florist.

I chose Ball Park Floral and Gifts for a flower crown for my sister-in-laws baby shower. I am beyond happy with my choice! When I called with the order, the shower was canceled an hour later. I called back to see if I could cancel it or have them remake it in two weeks when it was rescheduled to, but they were mostly done so I still ordered. When I showed up they were so nice and understanding! They had chosen flowers that would last and sprayed it really well!!! Two weeks later the crown was still beautiful for my beautiful sister-in-law!! The picture of it in the bag was the day I picked it up and the second is at the shower two weeks later!! Ball Park Florists are AWESOME!
