Watering & Fertilization

Our team knows the proper amount of water each plant will use in the weekly maintenance cycle. Depending on the temperature and size of the growing container some plants may only need a small amount of water when other interior plants will need a lot more. The amount of water office plants need changes as our seasons change.

Inspections for Insects or Disease

Interior plants get a variety of insects, like spider mites. Interior plants also get fungus, virus and bacteria problems which can be eliminated or greatly reduced by proper maintenance. Our technicians are educated to prevent, recognize and treat these interior plant insects and diseases.

Cleaning & Pruning

The service includes cleaning and pruning the plants. Keeping a plant leaves clean prevents it from being prone to insects and disease. The build up of dust will cause the interior plant not to get the required amount of light that it needs.

Replacements

When you are on a guaranteed replacement contact your plants get replaced at no additional charge to your company. This means if an interior plant starts to get unhealthy it will be replaced at no additional cost to you. If a healthy interior plant gets too overgrown for an area it will be moved to a new location within your office or be replaced with a like kind. We will also change out some of your blooming plants to keep a fresh and new feeling in the office as part of this contract, while keeping the same number of units as currently maintained in your office.

Upgrades

We do offer at an additional charge upgrades to your existing plants. We can add to the number of plants that you currently have or possibly add additional units for a season or two.

Billing

We will establish a billable account for your company and you will receive a bill in the mail within the first few days of the month. With this account we would also like to extend our other services that we offer as your Local Full Service Florist. If you have an employee birthday, new baby, sympathy, retirement or get well or any occasion that we can help with we will extend a reduced delivery to your office location for those special times. Also we provide Local and Nationwide delivery for all you other floral needs.

Referrals

Ball Park Floral will extend a referral credit to your billing for each referral that you send our way. We appreciate our Loyal Customers and hope to continue our service of expertise all around the greater Grand Rapids Area. Each referral will credit your bill $25.00 after the contract is signed with the referred company and 60 days of services have been performed.
