Delivery Policy

A delivery fee of $7.95 - $11.95 will be added to each order for each address in our local delivery area. A flat rate fee of $14.00 is applied to all orders we must send to areas outside of our local delivery area. Please see the listed zip codes at the bottom of the page to determine if your order is to be delivered locally.

*NOTICE : Holiday delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless placed 48 hours in advance. Call shop for more details.

ORDERS FOR VALENTINE'S WEEK will be delivered in the order received and we will accommodate as many time specials as possible, however we will not be able to ensure delivery time windows less than 4 hours, unless approved in store by our sales staff at an additional fee. Please call for details.

U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries for specific times of day, but cannot guarantee them. If you have a time request we recommend calling the store to check for availability. We deliver Monday thru Saturday, sorry no Sunday home deliveries. Please call for more details.

All orders received after normal week day business hours will be processed the following day that we are open. Weekend orders received after 1pm Saturday will not be reviewed until Monday morning.
